Baia opens with the light. Mornings are slow and sunlit — fresh coffee, juices pressed to order, and a breakfast & brunch menu served from nine until one, just back from the water. Eggs the way you like them, Greek yoghurt with thyme honey, a pancake or a plate of avocado toast. A swim before, a swim after.

Across from the main venue, our private sunbeds line the sea. Light bites and chilled drinks come straight to the lounger; the playlist stays soft and the breeze does most of the work. Stay an hour, stay all morning. The water decides the schedule.

By midday, the rhythm shifts. The kitchen moves into Mediterranean lunch in the restaurant from one in the afternoon — and the sunbeds keep their own pace until the music begins to lean in, around four.
